Laughter is the best medicine and a key component to a long and happy life. We always feel better when we play and laugh and there is a growing body of scientific evidence that clearly demonstrates the link between laughter, good health and productivity.
Our TLC workshops and training courses follow a unique 9 step framework to gently guide people through a process of breathing, intention, movement, laughter and deep relaxation to reduce stress, improve communications and provide organisations with a cost effective way of investing in the health and wellbeing of their people.
Smiling and laughter has the power to dissolve barriers, cross boundaries and connect us all in an instant. With regular practice combined with right thinking we can learn to ‘choose happiness’ more often, to take ourselves less seriously and to make the conscious decisions necessary to shift our physical, emotional state back into the positive.

Our therapeutic laughter workshops really are a great way to help you and your team to feel sustainably happier, healthier and more alert.
Our workshops and training courses have been specially developed to quickly reduce stress, boost connections and leave people feeling good in a way that is accessible, easy and fun to do.
Therapeutic Laughter Coaching (TLC) is our unique 9 step process that brings people together for a journey of applied wellness and suits all ages and abilities. Our focus is on gently relaxing the body and mind, dissolving stress and barriers before developing a genuine feeling of inner wellbeing.
We combine gentle deep breathing, science based evidence and mindfulness teachings with connecting exercises, laughter techniques and a guided relaxation to build relationships, boost communications and provide sustainable strategies for happiness and health. Our goal is to leave people feeling relaxed, connected and in a more positive state of mind.

Based upon our own experience and that of the many others we have trained, we have developed this workshop as a way to gently deliver the many benefits of breathing, connection, laughter and relaxation. TLC workshops are an easy, fun and effective way to relax, connect and feel good.
No special clothing, equipment or venue is required and workshops are available to everyone regardless of level of fitness or previous experience.
A full workshop usually lasts 60-90 mins.
1/2 day, full day and 10 week wellness programmes are also available.
