Laughter is the best medicine and a key component to a long and happy life. Laughter Yoga is a great way to quickly feel happier, healthier and more alert.

We always feel better when we laugh and by practicing the techniques in Laughter Yoga we can remember to ‘choose happiness’, take ourselves less seriously and make the conscious decisions necessary to shift our physical, emotional state back into the positive.

Whilst our TLC workshops focus more deeply on breathing, connections and relaxation, our Laughter Yoga workshops centre very much around the simple joy of unconditional deep belly laughter and how getting more of this amazing natural tonic can bring many benefits to our lives.

Workshop Content
We come together as a group and after a short introduction about the method and it’s benefits, we use deep breathing techniques to trigger real and contagious belly laughter (a form of deep yogic breathing). Gently building the energy in a way that is fun and accessible for all and ending each session with a guided relaxation that leaves us feeling relaxed, connected and in a more positive state of mind.

No special clothing, equipment or venue is required and workshops are available to everyone regardless of level of fitness or previous experience.

A Laughter Yoga workshop usually lasts 45-60 mins.
1/2 day and full day TLC programmes are also available.
